In January 2023, in one of the several reboots mentioned in THL History, I tried using a neat little minimalist blogging platform called cohost.org that soon began to focus on an idea to be a linkblog about news headlines that I felt compelled to click on and read about, as a kind of insight into who I am and news that interests uniquely me.
Although the online version there didn't have enough steam, I did actually keep up with it by making a handwritten journal about those subjects. This list below is an attempt to make a digital version of that handwritten variety, hopefully able to find links to the specific articles referenced.
Detailing “why” was the original motive for making the list, but the Why-field quicky became a blur of Why and just a summary of the article. If there's just a summary, the implied-why is “I had an ooh shiny” moment, impulsively.
